System Brain & Console

Core 2U

The Core is the brain of the system — a rack-mounted controller that runs the IMMERSE Runtime, hosts the Operator Control Console, and anchors the whole network.

What it's for

Every IMMERSE installation has a Core. It executes your published show, talks to every node, watches their health, and serves the operator console. With eight audio outputs and eight GPIO channels built in, a small attraction can run from the Core alone before adding a single node — and grow into a full network of devices later without changing the brain.

Key features
  • Runs the IMMERSE Runtime — deterministic show execution
  • Hosts the Operator Control Console
  • 8 balanced audio outputs and 8 GPIO channels on board
  • Three gigabit Ethernet ports for the show network
  • Mains-powered, 2U rack form factor
  • Linux-class compute for headroom and longevity
In the room

A one-room escape game, day one

A small operator buys a Core and nothing else. The room's two buttons and a maglock wire straight into the Core's built-in GPIO and a single relay; ambient sound plays from its onboard audio outputs. The whole show runs from one box. A year later they add a second room — they add nodes, not a second brain.
